The entire 5th floor smelled like marijuana when we checked out at 4am. The room is old with rusty furniture, and dirty chairs. I had a plane to catch at 6pm didn't make it to the room driving from one state to another until 1:30am.

I had a pleasant stay. The location was great for getting around, and the room was comfortable with a nice flat-screen TV and clean carpet. The staff was friendly and I really appreciated the free breakfast offered each morning, which helped start my day off well.

Not ideal for light sleepers

The room was clean and had a microwave and fridge. Was nice to have free breakfast of waffles and cereal, even if a little basic.

Paid a bit much considering the bed was like sleeping on a concrete slab.

Check-in was super fast-just 5 minutes! The queen room was super clean, with fresh sheets and a clean bathroom. Breakfast was a nice perk, too, with cereals, muffins, and even a self-make waffle station. The location was perfect for our trip to memphis, and we appreciated the well-lit, convenient parking, especially being tucked away between two freeways but still quiet.

We had a blast to the FedEx Forum, catching a Memphis Grizzlies game! The room was accommodating for our large family and our three dogs were nice.

In my wife's opinion, better housekeeping would make it family-friendly.
